Daywise Tour Itinerary

The tour begins upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Guests are greeted and transferred to the hotel in Hanoi for check-in. The remainder of the day is free for rest or an optional evening walk around Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight stay is arranged in Hanoi.

After breakfast, guests enjoy a full-day tour of Hanoi. Highlights include the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (view from outside if closed), One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, and the Old Quarter. The tour may also include the Water Puppet Show in the evening. Overnight stay is arranged in Hanoi.

Guests depart for Halong Bay after breakfast. Upon arrival, they board a traditional cruise ship for an overnight cruise through the UNESCO-listed bay, famed for its limestone islands and emerald waters. Activities on board may include kayaking, swimming, and visiting caves. All meals are served on the cruise. Overnight stay is arranged on the cruise vessel.

The morning includes a light breakfast and further sailing through the bay. After disembarkation, guests proceed to Ninh Binh, often called the “Halong Bay on land.” Upon arrival, hotel check-in is followed by leisure time. Overnight stay is arranged in Ninh Binh.

Guests visit key attractions such as Tam Coc or Trang An, known for their scenic river landscapes, and the ancient capital Hoa Lu. Later, transfer is arranged to Hanoi Airport for a flight to Hue. Upon arrival, guests check in at their hotel. Overnight stay is arranged in Hue.

This day features sightseeing of the ancient imperial city of Hue. Guests visit the Imperial Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, and the royal tombs of Tu Duc or Khai Dinh. A boat ride on the Perfume River may be included. Overnight stay is arranged in Hue.

After breakfast, guests travel by road to Hoi An via Da Nang. The journey includes a stop at Hai Van Pass and Marble Mountains. Upon arrival, hotel check-in is followed by free time to explore Hoi An’s lantern-lit streets. Overnight stay is arranged in Hoi An.

The day is dedicated to exploring Hoi An Ancient Town, including the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, and local markets. In the afternoon, an optional cycling tour to the nearby countryside or a boat trip on the Thu Bon River can be arranged. Overnight stay is arranged in Hoi An.

After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred to Da Nang Airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, guests are transferred to the hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay is arranged in Ho Chi Minh City.

This day begins with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network used during the Vietnam War. In the afternoon, guests enjoy a city tour covering the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight stay is arranged in Ho Chi Minh City.

After breakfast, guests proceed for a full-day tour of the Mekong Delta. The itinerary includes a boat ride through canals, visits to local workshops, and tasting tropical fruits. After the tour, guests return to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight stay.

After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for their onward journey, marking the end of the Vietnam Heritage & Scenic Expedition.
