Daywise Tour Itinerary
The tour begins with arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, followed by a scenic drive to Bhalukpong, the entry point to Arunachal Pradesh. The journey crosses into the Himalayan foothills and passes through lush forested areas. Upon arrival, guests check in to their accommodation. The remainder of the day is free for rest or local exploration. Overnight stay is arranged in Bhalukpong.
After breakfast, the journey continues to Dirang, a picturesque town nestled in the Eastern Himalayas. En route, guests may enjoy views of the Dirang River Valley and stop at the Tipi Orchid Centre. On arrival in Dirang, check-in is followed by visits to local attractions such as Dirang Dzong and the hot water springs known for their therapeutic properties. Overnight stay is arranged in Dirang.
The tour proceeds to Tawang, one of Arunachal Pradesh’s most revered cultural and spiritual destinations. The route passes through the high-altitude Sela Pass, located at 13,700 feet, and Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to the heroism of an Indian Army soldier. Upon reaching Tawang, guests check in at the hotel and may relax or take an evening walk through the peaceful town. Overnight stay is arranged in Tawang.
After breakfast and check-out, the tour concludes with a return journey toward Tezpur or Guwahati, depending on the departure arrangement. The scenic drive offers a final glimpse of the Eastern Himalayas and the tranquil beauty of Arunachal Pradesh.
