Bhutan Serenity Tour

After breakfast, the journey continues towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. The scenic drive offers views of mountains, river valleys, and villages. Upon arrival in Thimphu, guests check in at the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival, local sightseeing may include a visit to the National Memorial Chorten or a walk around the city. Overnight stay is arranged in Thimphu.

This day begins with a drive to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan. En route, a stop is made at Dochula Pass, which offers panoramic views of the eastern Himalayas. On arrival in Punakha, guests visit Punakha Dzong, one of the most majestic dzongs in Bhutan, located at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. Later, the tour returns to Thimphu for overnight stay.

After breakfast, the tour proceeds to Paro. Upon arrival and hotel check-in, sightseeing includes the National Museum housed in the Ta Dzong and the Paro Rinpung Dzong, known for its impressive architecture and historical significance. The remainder of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay is arranged in Paro.

This day is dedicated to an excursion to Taktsang Monastery, also known as the Tiger’s Nest. Situated at an elevation of 3,120 meters, the monastery is one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmarks. The trek to the monastery offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. After returning to Paro, guests spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay is arranged in Paro.

After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred to Paro Airport for their onward journey or return to Phuentsholing for departure, marking the end of the tour.
